Programs
Every program is developed with you around what your organization actually needs. Formats include workshops, talks, corporate retreats, and group/team coaching.

Content and exercises draw from Radically Authentic, my hands-on experience as a Google executive, and my coaching. The result is practical, not theoretical: participants leave with something they've created, a values statement, a vision, or a plan they can act on.
Leadership coaching
For organizations investing in specific leaders rather than a group session, I coach individuals inside your organization on the same foundations covered in the book and in my workshops: self-leadership, visibility, sustainable leadership, and operating at a higher altitude, adapted to each leader's needs and goals.
Coaching engagements can also follow a group program for individual development that builds on what the group covered together.
